Leiting The Way to AI LLC (“I” or “me”) is a one-person consulting practice run by Nick Leiting in Kenosha, Wisconsin. This page explains, in plain English, what information this website and practice collect and how I use it.
This site has no forms. If you want to get in touch, you can email me at nick@leitingthewaytoai.com or book a time through Google Calendar appointment scheduling. When you book through Google, the information you enter is handled by Google, and Google's privacy policy applies to it.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like most hosting providers, Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses to keep the site secure and running well. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address and browser information when you visit.
This site does not currently use analytics or cookies. I plan to add Google Analytics and Google Search Console. When I do, I'll update this page to describe them, including how to opt out.
I use the information you send me to respond to you and, if we work together, to deliver my services. I do not sell personal data.
I use a small number of service providers to run this practice, such as my website host, email provider, and Google for scheduling (and analytics, once added). They handle information only to provide their services to me. I may also share information if the law requires it or to protect my legal rights.
Confidential information I receive from clients or prospective clients is used to respond to you and deliver services, and is shared only with service providers I need to do that work or as required by law. If we have a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) or contract, its terms control.
I keep information only as long as needed to respond, deliver services, and meet legal or tax obligations. I use reasonable safeguards, but no website or email system is completely secure. This practice is based in the United States.
To ask me to delete information you have sent me, email nick@leitingthewaytoai.com. I will delete it unless I need to keep it for legal, tax, or contract reasons. I cannot delete information held by Google or other providers under their own policies, but I can point you to where to ask.
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
